Rental Period & What's Included

Our tent rentals include setup and breakdown for your convenience. In most cases, tents are installed the day before your event and removed the day after your event, giving you plenty of time to decorate and enjoy your event without feeling rushed.

Setup, Surfaces & Safety Warnings

This tent can be installed on almost any surface, though grass is highly preferred.

• For Grass Setups: The tent is secured using heavy-duty steel stakes. Important: You must identify and mark all underground pipes, sprinkler systems, and utility lines before our crew arrives.
• For Hard Surfaces (Concrete/Asphalt): If staking is not possible, we secure the tent using weighted options.
• Area must be flat, level, and clear of low-hanging branches, power lines, tree stumps, and obstacles.

Sidewalls (Optional Add-On)

Sidewalls are rented separately. Our standard sidewall kits feature windowed panels or solid blank panels. If you prefer a specific layout, please request this at booking.

Lighting & Climate Control (Optional Add-Ons)
