With 800 square feet of open space, this tent easily accommodates:

• 100 people for cathedral (row) seating
• 160 people for a standing cocktail partyNote: Capacity decreases if you plan to arrange dance floors or stages inside the tent.

Site Requirements, Setup & Surfaces

To ensure a safe and successful installation, please verify the setup area is a flat and level surface, free of overhead power lines and low-hanging branches, clear of tree stumps, large rocks, or other obstacles, and has adequate access for our installation crew.

• For Grass Setups: The tent is secured using heavy-duty steel stakes driven up to 36" (3 feet) into the ground. Important: Sprinkler systems or underground utilities must be identified and marked before our crew arrives.
• For Hard Surfaces (Concrete/Asphalt): If staking is not possible, we secure the tent's perimeter legs using concrete water barrels. Each barrel requires 30 to 50 gallons of water. The customer is responsible for providing a working water source on-site to fill them.
