Rental Period & What's Included:

Our tent rentals include setup and breakdown for your convenience. In most cases, tents are installed the day before your event and removed the day after your event, giving you plenty of time to decorate and enjoy your event without feeling rushed.

Setup, Surfaces & Safety Warnings:

This tent can be installed on almost any surface, though grass is highly preferred.

• Flat and level surface required
• For Grass Setups: The tent is secured using heavy-duty steel stakes. Important: You must identify and mark all underground pipes, sprinkler systems, and utility lines before our crew arrives.
• Clear of tree stumps, large rocks, or other obstacles
• Free of overhead power lines and low-hanging branches
• Adequate access for our installation crew (Please Note: Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation area is ready prior to our arrival. If site conditions prevent a safe installation, additional charges or rescheduling may be necessary.)

Sidewalls (Optional Add-On):

Sidewalls are rented separately. Our standard sidewall kits feature an alternating pattern: every other leg bay has a beautiful windowed panel, followed by a solid blank panel. If you prefer a different layout (e.g., all solid or all windows), please request this at booking.

Lighting & Climate Control (Optional Add-Ons):

• Lighting: Add elegant chandeliers or bistro string lighting (choose between standard perimeter installation or our "VIP" installation routed through the ceiling peaks).
• Heating & Cooling: We offer commercial Heater/AC units, standard patio heaters, pyramid patio heaters, high-velocity floor fans, and tent leg fans to keep your guests comfortable in any season.

Delivery Area & Transportation Fees

Ally Party Rentals proudly delivers across Westminster, Eldersburg, Frederick, Carroll County, Central Maryland, and surrounding regional areas. Transportation and delivery fees are calculated based on your specific event location.
