Rental Period & What's Included

Our tent rentals include setup and breakdown for your convenience. In most cases, tents are installed the day before your event and removed the day after your event, giving you plenty of time to decorate and enjoy your event without feeling rushed.

Setup, Surfaces & Safety Warnings

This tent can be installed on almost any flat surface, though grass is highly preferred.

• Flat and level surface required
• For Grass Setups: The tent is secured using stakes. Important: You must identify and mark all underground pipes, sprinkler systems, and utility lines before our crew arrives.
• Clear of tree stumps, large rocks, or other obstacles
• Free of overhead power lines and low-hanging branches
• Adequate access for our installation crew (Please Note: Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation area is ready prior to our arrival. If site conditions prevent a safe installation, additional charges or rescheduling may be necessary.)

Sidewalls Included

Unlike heavy-duty commercial frame tents where sidewalls are rented as optional add-ons, this tent comes equipped with full PE sidewalls featuring large cathedral windows to let in natural light while keeping wind and drizzle out!

Lighting & Climate Control (Optional Add-Ons)

Ally Party Rentals proudly delivers across Westminster, Eldersburg, Frederick, Carroll County, Central Maryland, and surrounding regional areas. Transportation and delivery fees are calculated based on your specific event location.
