Estimated Seating Capacity

With 2,400 square feet of open space, this tent typically accommodates:

• Up to 240 guests for a seated dinner at 60" round tables
• Up to 300 guests for row seating (ceremonies or seminars)
• Up to 400 guests for a standing-room cocktail eventNote: Capacity decreases if you plan to arrange dance floors, stages, or buffet lines inside the tent.

Setup, Surfaces & Safety Warnings

This tent can be installed on almost any surface, though grass is highly preferred.

• For Grass Setups: The tent is secured using heavy-duty steel stakes driven up to 36" (3 feet) into the ground. Important: You must identify and mark all underground pipes, sprinkler systems, and utility lines before our crew arrives.
• For Hard Surfaces (Concrete/Asphalt): If staking is not possible, we secure the tent's 20 legs using concrete water barrels. Each barrel requires 30 to 50 gallons of water. The customer is responsible for providing a working water source on-site to fill them. The exact number of barrels required depends on the surface and site conditions.

Sidewalls (Optional Add-On)

Sidewalls are rented separately. Our standard sidewall kits feature an alternating pattern: every other leg reach has a beautiful windowed panel, followed by a solid blank panel. If you prefer a different layout (e.g., all solid or all windows), please request this at booking.

Lighting & Climate Control (Optional Add-Ons)

Elevate your event with our extensive lighting and climate options:

• Lighting: Add elegant chandeliers or Bistro lighting (choose between standard perimeter installation or our "VIP" installation routed through the ceiling peaks).
• Heating & Cooling: We offer commercial Heater/AC units, standard patio heaters, pyramid patio heaters, high-velocity floor fans, and tent leg fans to keep your guests comfortable in any season.

Permits & Zoning

A 2,400 sq ft tent typically requires a fire and/or zoning permit in most DMV jurisdictions. The customer is strictly responsible for pulling and handling all necessary permits required by their local municipality or venue.
