Rental Period

Our tent rentals include setup and breakdown for your convenience. In most cases, tents are installed the day before your event and removed the day after your event, giving you plenty of time to decorate and enjoy your event without feeling rushed.

Site Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful installation, please verify the setup area:

• Flat and level surface
• Free of overhead power lines and low-hanging branches
• Clear of tree stumps, large rocks, or other obstacles
• Sprinkler systems or underground utilities have been identified
• Adequate access for our installation crew

Please Note: Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation area is ready prior to our arrival. If site conditions prevent a safe installation, additional charges may be necessary.
