⚠️ Required Safe Setup Footprint: • Total Length Required: 32 feet (Includes 5 ft safety clearance on the front and back) • Total Width Required: 18 feet (Includes 5 ft safety clearance on each side) • Vertical Height Clearance: 15 to 20 feet of open, completely unobstructed overhead space (clear of tree branches and utility power lines)
🚚 Surface & Anchoring Requirements: • Grass Setup: Setup and takedown on grass is included in our standard pricing (secured safely with heavy-duty ground stakes). • Concrete/Asphalt Setup: Outdoor setups on hard surfaces require an additional fee for heavy weights/to securely anchor the structure down against wind loads. •
Our designated installation surface must be flat, level, and entirely clear of rocks, sticks, or pet debris prior to our delivery truck arriving on site.
